I didn’t have to lift a finger except a pen at the closing.

I had a property I starting renting by default over 20 yrs ago. I was managing from an hour away and not doing a very good job. The house had fallen into disrepair and I wasn’t sure what to do about it, when I got a text from these folks wanting to buy it. Because of Covid I didn’t want to toss my renters out, but they worked with me several months until the renters found a place to live. Once they did, we closed in a couple of days. I was also contacted by another company, but these guys were willing to give me a bit more money. They made the process very easy, I didn’t have to lift a finger except a pen at the closing. I have some unexpected cash and I am glad to have one less thing to worry about right now.

Found them online, I contacted them through the website, and immediately received a phone call, we set up a time to look at my house the next day. After walking the house, they asked how much I wanted for the property, they agreed to my price contingent on an inspection the next day, I agreed and they agreed to buy the at my price the next day!!! We closed in three weeks!!! They would have closed sooner but I needed time to get some belongings out!!! I would highly recommend this company everyone I encountered going through the process were some of the nicest people and great to work with!!!
